Already booking your transfer with us? Make the airport part just as easy. Club Mobay is the VIP lounge inside Sangster International, and we can add it to your transfer booking as an extra — for pickup, departure, or both. On arrival you're met at the aircraft stairs and fast-tracked through immigration and customs; on departure you check in, relax in the lounge, then go straight to your gate. Just mention Club Mobay when you book your transfer and we'll add it to your quote.

Airport transfer questions
Where do I find you once I land?+
Get your luggage, go through customs, then walk through the double doors. If you want a bellhop, they'll be standing right there. Continue out the doors to the right, then an immediate right again, and you'll see someone holding a sign with your name on it.
What type of vehicles do you have?+
We match the vehicle to your group: Toyota Alphard and Toyota Estima (7 seats each, minivan-style), a 14-seat small bus, and a Toyota Land Cruiser 7-seat SUV. Ask for the VIP upgrade and you'll ride in the Mercedes-Benz with champagne. All of them are in great shape with cold A/C.
Can we stop on the way to my resort?+
No problem. Food stop, grocery stop, photo stop — just let us know and we'll make it happen.
Do you stop at other resorts along the way?+
No. That's the beauty of a private transfer: it's your group only, and we make no extra stops unless you ask for them.
How do I pay?+
Once your transfer is confirmed we send you an online invoice. Cash is preferred; the online invoice covers card and PayPal.
Do you offer complimentary drinks?+
Yes — cold Red Stripe (the official beer of Jamaica) and bottled water with every pickup. Any other requests, just tell us.
