Where do I find you once I land?
- You will first get your luggage, then continue to customs. After customs, you walk through the double doors. If you need a bellhop to help with your luggage, you will see them standing there waiting. You will then continue out the doors to the right, then make an immediate right again, and you will see someone standing there with your name on a sign.
What type of vehicles do you have?
- Based on the number of people in your group, we will provide the appropriate size vehicle. We have a Toyota Alphard (7 seaters, similar to a minivan), Toyota Estima (7 seaters, similar to a minivan), a small bus (14 seaters), a Toyota Land Cruiser (7-seater SUV), and a BMW 5series (for our Luxury transfers). All vehicles are in great shape and have cold A/C.
What if I would like to make a stop on the way to my resort?
- No problem! If you would like to stop for food or a grocery store, just let us know, and we can make that happen.
Do we stop at any other resorts along the way?
- NO! That is the beauty of a private transfer. We do not make any additional stops unless it is under your request.
How do I make payment?
- Once confirmed, we will send you an online invoice for payment.
Do you offer complimentary drinks?
- Yes, with every pickup, we provide cold Red Strip (official beer or Jamaica) and water. If you have any other requests, just let us know.
