1. Dunn's River Falls
If you only do one excursion, many people make it this one. Dunn's River Falls cascades about 600 feet down a series of natural rock steps, straight into the Caribbean Sea. You climb it hand in hand with a local guide, so no experience is needed.
- Drive from Montego Bay: about 1.5–2 hours to Ocho Rios
- Best for: first-timers, groups, anyone who wants the classic Jamaica photo
- Tip: wear water shoes and bring a waterproof phone pouch

2. YS Falls and the South Coast
YS Falls is quieter and greener than Dunn's River. It has seven waterfalls, natural swimming pools, a rope swing and a zip line, all on a working estate in St. Elizabeth. Our South Coast Tour lets you choose three of four stops: YS Falls, the Appleton Estate rum tour, the Black River crocodile safari and Floyd's Pelican Bar, a bar built on a sandbar out at sea.

3. Negril, Seven Mile Beach and Rick's Café
Negril is where Jamaica slows down. Spend the afternoon on Seven Mile Beach, browse the craft market, then end at Rick's Café to watch the cliff divers and one of the best sunsets in the Caribbean. Our Negril Highlight Tour leaves around midday so you're at Rick's for sunset.

4. Rose Hall Great House and the Luminous Lagoon
This is our favorite evening trip. First you tour Rose Hall Great House and hear the legend of Annie Palmer, the "White Witch." 5. Montego Bay Highlights
Short on time? The Montego Bay Highlight Tour covers Rose Hall, local shopping and the famous Hip Strip in about 3–4 hours. It's an easy half day that leaves plenty of time back at the beach.
6. Nine Mile, Bob Marley's Birthplace
Reggae fans should go to Nine Mile, the village in the hills of St. Ann where Bob Marley was born and is buried. Combine it with the falls on our Nine Mile + Dunn's River Falls tour for a full day.

7. Mayfield Falls

8. River Rapids and Rocklands Bird Sanctuary

9. The Jamaica Tasting Tour

Cruise and resort group tours are often cheaper per person, but you run on someone else's schedule, with a bus full of strangers and long waits at every stop.
